An invitation to practice...
... Pausing from all other life activities, sitting together, connecting with each other. Creating an opening for deep listening inside and into the space, for sensations to be felt and for words of wisdom to emerge. Sensing and sharing the pulse of the community and one's heartbeat in it. Allowing 'not knowing’ and co-arising. Feeling how we belong in common humanity and with all that is.
Let this be a time you can drop any worries about how you might be perceived, without constantly boxing your experience with words.
Just be here in shared presence with fellow humans.
It might be, in these moments together, that you find the boundaries marking separate selves dissolving, dropping away, to sense deeper connections in being, together, now... Word-ing and thought-ing on pause.
Invite in your beginner's mind...
Note: These practice sessions will be offered each month in fresh spirit among DTN members co-hosting them in collaboration in different formats, as they emerge, (hopefully tending also to other time zones in the future).
